Hello and warm welcome! I am Kristina, a British Wheel of Yoga Certified yoga teacher.
I believe yoga is for everybody and every body. It can be practiced at any age, level of experience or level of flexibility to discover how it can benefit you.
I also believe that yoga is not one size fits all – we all have our own unique body anatomy as well as own history, which have been influenced by a myriad of factors from the developmental movements during infancy and childhood to the occupation we have, to the experiences we have had in life and how we have responded to them emotionally, physically, and psychologically, to name just a few.
Yoga as an ever-evolving practical system can offer a wide selection of styles, physical and spiritual practices, and a broad range of techniques to facilitate the individual needs.
